    CLIENT SERVICES ANALYST

    PFS' Business Management department is made up of a team of client services professionals that act as the liaison between our clients and PFS operations. We work with world-renowned brands to help them manage their eCommerce operations. This includes monitoring daily business activities and managing operational projects for order fulfillment, order management, and contact center clients. The Client Services Analyst will work with team to maintain overall client satisfaction and conduct daily communication (phone/email) with client contacts.

    ***THIS ROLE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ON-SITE AT OUR SOUTHAVEN DC FACILITY.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work as part of a team on project related tasks in support of direct-to-consumer websites
    • Monitor daily business activities for client initiatives
    • Manage operational or project issues to resolution by working with internal functional teams
    • Drive action plans associated with client initiatives
    • Produce and distribute accurate daily reports in a timely manner
    • Prepare monthly client service fee invoices

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree, Required
    • 2-3 years working experience interfacing with internal/external clients, preferably with direct to consumer ecommerce; Required

    • Capability to understand basic financials (i.e. costs vs. revenue)
    • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Capability to multi-task
