CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
This role is for an Omni Agent. Candidates will take inbound calls, respond to email and live chat requests while providing a high level customer experience to each customer call after call.
Respond to inbound phone calls, up sell/cross sell additional items and resolve customer’s issues. Utilize system tools provided to perform job function. Respond to e-mail and e-chat inquiries from customers while providing a high level of communication and accuracy.

HOO: Mon-Sat 7:00am-7:00pm,
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phone calls, text e-mails /e-chats and respond to live visitor requests via chat, email or phone
- Provide high level customer experience by listening to the caller, engaging and providing solutions
- Project a professional company image on behalf of our clients through text, chat and/or e-mail interaction
- Provide Customers with client’s basic products and/or service information
- Promote client’s products
- Answer inquiries via phone, email or chat while maintaining and updating the customer database
- Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs
- Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files
- Recommend process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 Months relatable customer service experience
- Documented writing skills
- Computer Savvy / excellent Internet research abilities
- Attention to detail with a superior customer service attitude
- Flexible, open minded and solution oriented with the ability to adapt to the fast paced Internet environment
- Analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent judgment and decision making skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Understand customer service processes and procedures
- PC expert and excellent typing skills (at least 30wpm)
- Regular and punctual attendance is a must
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must meet minimum skill requirement through acceptable skills assessment scores
MUST HAVE:
- Internet Access (hard wired connection, not Wi-Fi)
- Quiet work area devoid of distractions
