    DC – Supervisor (Total Quality Management)

    Responsibilities

    • Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment

    • Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards

    • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

    • Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products

    • Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods

    • Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct

    • Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards

    • Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems

    • Supervise and execute improvement process in quality production

    • Supervise and adjust staffing levels based on requirements

    • Manage, coach, and mentor hourly staff

    • Communicate expectations and goals daily to team in order to meet PFSweb’s performance standards.


    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years’ experience in a management/leadership role in a Distribution Center environment, Required
    • 2+ years quality management experience, Preferred
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, Required
    • Client facing experience Required
    • Project Management/Process Improvement skills, Required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs for reporting, tracking and maintaining quality programs



    Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands

    • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
    • Must be able to work on a variety of warehouse floors up to 100 feet in height
    • Must be about to work in a warehouse environment with a noise level up to 85dBA

    • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
    • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and regular access to a reliable
