SrAn, Warehouse Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete inventory for Luxury Brand clients and driving performance and staffing of the DC. Communicate expectations and goals daily to team in order to meet PFSweb’s performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and pleasant personality; effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination; dependability, ability to follow directions and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

· Drives processes which may influence the direction of other areas.

· Effectively delivers formal counseling/mentoring to direct reports

· Participates and engages onsite client relationship

· Drives quality of Client related projects and promotes overall success.

· Supervise and execute improvement process in quality production

· Supervise and adjust staffing levels based on requirements

· Manage, coach, and mentor hourly staff

· Identifies operational issues and drives action for quick resolution.

· Communicate staffing and equipment issues proactively

· Responsible for training DC staff and ensuring that all policies are followed

Qualifications:

· JDE/WMS knowledge required.

· Effective people and planning skills required.

· Promote fair, safe, trained and engaged work environment;

· College/Business degree preferred

· 3-5 years in an in a Distribution Center environment

· Workforce Planning experience required

· Deliver resolution to issues and promote process improvement

· Strong computer skills

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands

· Ability read labels, RF scanners and maneuver throughout facility without assistance

· Ability to understand verbal and written instructions

· Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

· Ability to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds without assistance

· Ability to climb stairs without assistance

· Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products

· Must NOT be afraid of heights

· Must be able to work on a variety of warehouse floors up to 100 feet in height

· Must be about to work in a warehouse environment with a noise level up to 85dBA
