SCHEDULE: Various shifts, every weekend, multiple positions available.
PSYCHIATRIC UNIT SUMMARY: An RN on the Psychiatric unit will be responsible for medicine management and administration; assessment and treatment planning; talking to patients and de-escalating situations; managing patients’ safety and documenting all processes and outcomes. This unit has a strong teamwork environment, with support received from others and encouragement to learn and develop.
Becoming a part of the Memorial team means, at times, you will be expected to attend or participate in activities that are beyond your normally scheduled shifts to further develop your skills, knowledge, and new expectations with a practice change.
