Responsible for defining, planning, and monitoring all application support activities for IT applications including trouble shooting, performance monitoring, recommendation of resolution, installation, training, and script/code writing - Implements and supports a broad range of facility-based IT&S equipment - Responsible for the set-up and repair of facility-based, end-user infrastructure and resolution of desktop incidents and requests reported by facility users to the service desk - Advanced hands-on technical support is provided across a broad range of technical areas Bachelor�s degree in information systems or computer science is preferred - Competency in relational database structures, particularly SQL and Oracle PL*SQL - Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (such as Visio) - Programming language such as C, C++, Python, Perl, TL1 or Java. 1 to 5 years of experience.
