    TPC Sugarloaf offers 27 holes of private golf designed by Greg Norman located within the gated community of Sugarloaf Country Club in Duluth, Georgia. TPC Sugarloaf is also host to the PGA TOUR Champions Mitsubishi Electric Classic. In addition to golf, TPC Sugarloaf boasts a 7-acre sports center featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, 14 outdoor tennis courts and an aquatics center.

     

    TPC Sugarloaf is currently seeking a PART-TIME ACTIVITIES LEADER to assist the Activities Director in the implementation of various recreational and sports-related activities for members, guests and their children at the Club’s Lifestyle Center.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Assist with the planning and implementation of recreational needs and resources for children’s summer camps, Kid’s Korral and aquatic programming
    • Organize and create advertisements, communication pieces and displays as directed
    • Assist with the preparation and implementation of special recreational and social events for adult and youth events
    • Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the building, entryways, and all storage and service areas
    • Type letters, memos, newsletters and other documents as directed by the Activities Director

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Ability to be a self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of recreational and sports-related events
    • CPR and First Aid certified a plus
    • Must be team oriented
    • Passion for service excellence and a positive attitude
    • Background in childcare, children’s activities or teaching preferred
    • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
    • Familiarity with mutual fund, general securities and variable insurance product lines.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to interact professionally and sincerely in challenging situations, exhibiting diplomacy, tact and integrity.
    • Ability to collaborate with team members, Compliance Department management, senior field management and home office personnel on issues of varying complexity.
    • Must be extremely detail-oriented, with an inquisitive nature.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to determine priorities, plan, organize, and follow through on responsibilities.
    • Strong analytical skills along with ability to research variety of resources.
    • Excellent problem-solving with capacity to bring problem to resolution.
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
    • Team player who takes initiative.
    • Regular and predictable attendance.

     PREFERRED:

    • Familiarity with broker-dealer compliance and supervision systems is preferred.
    • Knowledge of FINRA/SEC rules and dealing with regulatory agencies is a plus.
