    We presently have an opportunity for a TECHNICAL COORDINATOR in our DIGITAL REVENUE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT. Responsible for the implementation, operation, and ongoing operation of advertising technical systems in support of the department’s revenue goals.

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or related field
    • 3-5 years of work experience in digital advertising technology and web development, including technical project management, design, and development of internet-based platforms
    • Experience deploying and operating digital advertising technology systems or related digital publishing systems required
    • Experience with front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
    • Proficient in using debug and browser dev tools including Charles Proxy
    • Business analysis, technical writing, and experience with quality assurance processes required
    • Familiarity with ad servers, rich media creatives, and programmatic advertising required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
    • Project Management skills required
    • Digital Ad Operations Certification (DAOC) from the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) preferred
    • Knowledge of the PGA TOUR and the game of golf is helpful, but not required

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Lead the implementation, operation and improvement of various digital advertising technology systems, acting as primary technical integration resource and then operational lead. This includes:

    • Implementing the integration and operation of digital ad-serving systems, for both video and display, working with trafficking partners and distribution partners as needed
    • Operating technical components of programmatic advertising systems including: SSP timeouts, latency, and header wrapper configurations
    • Monitor and report on advertising supply-chain quality systems, including systems to protect users against malware and buyers against invalid traffic
    • Assist in the design and development of rich media advertising creatives
    • Serve as the point of contact for ad-related support including: creative troubleshooting, rich media QA, third-party reporting discrepancies, and web-page tag deployment

    Participate in Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) committees and working groups to learn and contribute to industry best practices. Also participate in informal collaboration with other digital publishers to establish benchmarks, as well as learn and share best practices.

    Special projects or other duties as assigned.
