    TPC Scottsdale features two PGA TOUR managed championship golf courses, and multiple golf orientated food & beverage options including beverage cars, 2 quick serve restaurants, and a brand new full service open air bar overlooking the golf course. Open to the public and located in Scottsdale, Arizona, TPC Scottsdale is a second to none golf destination hosting a blend of local play, resort/vacation play, and large scale golf events. Our world famous Stadium course is also home to the largest-attended tournament in the world, the fan-favorite Waste Management Phoenix Open.

     

    TPC Scottsdale is currently seeking a DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE to provide the vision, leadership and strategy to inspire our staff to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success.     RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Management of the Food & Beverage Department of the Club (Front and Back of House)
    • Ensuring high quality food and beverage standards as well as five-star service
    • Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and developing a team that is passionate and committed to impeccable service
    • Developing and adhering to the annual Food & Beverage budgets and financial forecasts
    • Maintaining accountability for costs including Labor Management and COGS
    • Manage food and beverage marketing programs and promotions

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 5 years hospitality management experience with golf related experience preferred
    • Proven track record of ability to train, mentor, develop and retain staff
    • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude with a passion for excellence and member satisfaction
    • Thorough knowledge of general business administration practices, safe food handling and state liquor laws as applied to food and beverage service operational practices and procedures
