PGA TOUR Superstore’s Technical Analysts (Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Analyst) serve as the face of IT. Technical Analysts work all incoming and ongoing IT incident and request tickets from onset through resolution. Technical Analysts (Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Analyst) monitor company-critical systems and take appropriate action to avoid incidents from occurring. A good Technical Analyst will make end-users feel reassured by keeping them up to date on the status of open requests and can talk to end-users about technical issues in language they can understand. Key Responsibilities of a Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Analyst: Level 1 and level 2 technical support Handling IT service requests including new associate onboarding Hardware and software configuration Workstation deployments Rotating on-call (nights and weekends) Systems administration including:Active Directory Office 365 SAP Qualifications and Skills Required for consideration as a Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Analyst: Bachelor’s degree or appropriate certifications. ITIL certification, highly preferred 2-5 years in IT or a related area. Previous experience using Active Directory and Office 365 administration portal. Computer: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Desktop PCs, Printers, OSX, mobile phone technologies, basic networking. Flexible schedule and willing to work nights and weekends when needed. Communication: Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Must possess good verbal, written and visual communication skills. Must feel comfortable communicating through phone calls and emails as well as speaking in front of groups. Working conditions and physical demands: Office and store environments. Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional. Occasional lifting of up to 30lbs.
