Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our guest's dining experience. You will build rapport with guests, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, passionate and personable. This restaurant concept is an immersive dining experience and requires keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Act as an ambassador to the restaurant's cuisine and culture to our guests.

Set the stage for our immersive dining experience, by being all-knowing regarding our menu, beverage and wine offerings.

Answer questions about the menu and preparation as well as guide our guests throughout their dining experience.

Provide accurate orders to our support and kitchen staff.

Check with guests periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied.

Take accurate orders from guests for food and beverages.

Provide guests with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment.

Qualifications:

1-3 years previous experience in a similar setting is required

Working knowledge of wine, spirits, F&B pairings

Friendly, outgoing personality, passionate and motivated

Excellent communication skills

Must be 21

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays

Familiarity with food safety guidelines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
