We are a 100% family owned company that has been a part of the alternative financial lending business since 1989 and have over 130 employees. We launched an online lending platform three years ago and have already expanded to seven states. As we continue to grow, we are seeking to add energetic, positive, customer service driven individuals to join our family as Lead Processors at our corporate location in Fenton, Missouri. We have built a call center from the ground up and are seeking reliable individuals that want to gain valuable skills in their career.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Within this role, you will be processing online loan applications. You will be required to explain our process and how to obtain a loan with us to all applicants. You must be able to provide a quick turnaround to all applicants, while providing excellent customer service.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process online loan applications in a timely fashion.
• Answer inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to active customers.
• Communicate with other team members effectively and aid in the underwriting process of a loan.
• Generate new ideas to facilitate productivity and enhance customer service.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
• Perform other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills
• Efficient in email communication and basic computer skills
• Experience in a call center setting, alternative lending or banking preferred
• Must be able to adhere to state regulations for our services (don't worry, we'll teach you)

This is a full-time job, with typically 40 hours per week and a flexible schedule. Occasionally we may need more than 40 hours per week to perform essential duties.
