Job Description

PharmaHEALTHLabs (PHL) is a boutique Medical Communications Agency located in Morristown, NJ looking for Medical Writers to join our growing team.

Our Medical Writers provide strategic research and writing support to our current accounts and projects. Medical Writers report into our Medical Director, and work closely with Account Managers and Project Managers to create various types of deliverables including (but not limited to), slide decks, scientific posters and manuscripts, competitive intelligence, advisory board presentations and executive summaries. Our Writers interact daily with internal team and clients and may have to travel on occasion (about 5-7 times per year).

Requirements: Ideal candidate should have an advanced degree in life or health sciences

3+ years of writing experience for a pharmaceutical and/or medical communications company (Oncology experience preferred)

Strong organization and project management capabilities

Attention to detail

Ability to understand and develop medical and marketing concepts through critical analysis of data

Ability to work as a team, multi-task and meet deadlines
