About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at Mt. Pleasant Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapy Aide. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our therapists and helping patients on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.

Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.

Document patient progress and report to the therapy team.

Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.

Manage patient scheduling and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to lift and assist patients safely.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of physical therapy practices is a plus.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
