This role is all about face time. You'll walk into offices, host lunches, set up happy hours, and make sure key partners understand what sets our client's surgical practice apart.
Visit local offices daily to build new referral sources
Explain surgical and interventional pain services clearly
Coordinate office lunches, events, and happy hours
Track outreach and referral activity (CRM/logs)
Support the doctors with follow-up marketing touches
Share feedback from the field to improve outreach
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable meeting new people
Presentable and professional in all client settings
Able to host and attend business dinners or happy hours
Valid driver's license and reliable car for local travel
Willing to join quick video interviews (no exceptions)
Existing local referral relationships in the medical or legal space
Background in imaging, personal injury, or medical marketing
Total earning potential: $100K+
