    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Business Development Manager & Recruiter (Full Desk) is 100% responsible for obtaining job requirements, qualifying jobs with hiring managers, and on the other hand - these Business Development Manager & Recruiter (Full Desk) will be Responsible for Full Lifecycle Recruitment (Recruitment/Identification, Scheduling of Interviews and Coordination between Candidates and Clients, etc.).

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will work closely with other Business Development Managers, the Recruiting team, and Leadership to establish and grow your book of business to coordinate and interface with internal partners to ensure successful candidate placement with the client.  
    • Demonstrate creative sourcing of candidates and identify recruiting strategies, such as the use of social networking.
    • Proactively manage the candidate sourcing process in a timely and efficient manner, including pre-screening, understanding client needs, utilizing effective VB marketing, manage the applicant flow, and interviewing candidates.
    • Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective and qualified clients and candidates via phone, video, and in-person.
    • Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build client referrals
    • Distinguish what separates us from our competitors.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in power industry sales or other qualifying industry experience with a proven track record of prospecting and originating sales opportunities.
    • Able to work independently, be goal oriented and driven to succeed.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
    • Team Player attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse workforce.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • 3+ years of staffing and recruitment experience within the Engineering, Technology, or Energy space
    • 3+ years of business development experience in the IT space
    • BS Degree - preferred
    • Computer skills and ability to navigate new software quickly.
    • Strong communication skills (Not afraid to cold call candidates & potential clients)
    • Managing and prioritizing multiple job searches
    • Self-discipline to work independently.
    • Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
