JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support Engineering Services, provide manufacturing solutions to New and Existing Clients as well as assist in developing marketing strategies. You will be servicing a wide range of clients for manufacturing, warehousing & distribution, conveyance, automation, appliance, and aerospace industries. This is a full-time position, working on-site at the Corporate Office, in the NOVI area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration with upper-level management, develop and manage corporate Sales and Marketing Strategies.
Lead in pursuit of a New Business opportunities, develop new customer contacts, and establish long-lasting relationships.
Work closely with New and Existing clients assessing their service needs and providing engineering solutions in the areas of Manufacturing, Automation, Material Handling, and Industrial Engineering.
Participate in meetings, and provide sales support as required.
Work in Partnership with engineering departments, service Leaders, and corporate management.
Manage all aspects of the Sale Cycle and provide support and services to clients from start-up to completion.
Attend trade shows, B2B events, and networking events.
Provide the latest marketing trends and ideas supporting the creation of corporate sales and marketing content with an interactive social media and company website presence.
Support Development and improvements of the Company website, develop and implement an innovative marketing strategy, as well as improve Search Engine Optimization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred- B.S. in Business Management or Marketing
Min 7 years of experience providing Engineering or manufacturing Equipment Sales and Services to a wide range of industries such as Automotive and General manufacturing, warehousing & distribution, conveyance, automation, appliance, and aerospace industries
Min 5 years of experience managing corporate business plans
Min 5 Years supporting sales initiatives, developing contract terms & conditions, payment terms, and rates
Demonstrated a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience Managing Client Relationship Management Database
Updating and improving corporate presentations.=
Experience attending and coordinating trade show activities, and attendance ROI evaluations.
Computer Skills Microsoft Office, Deltek Vision, and ERP software are a plus
This is a SALARY position with a Yearly Bonus
