SALARY NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaboratively works with sales and operations to ensure delivery of unsurpassed customer service.
- Assist senior sales representative(s) to create essential strategic approaches for sales – including marketing, territory growth, customer and equipment research
- Research, procure and negotiate product availability and pricing
- Enter Sales and Purchase Orders into CRM
- Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery
- Identify trends in customer purchasing to assist in targeted sales development and marketing collateral
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, identify additional opportunities and resolve any issues
- Capture accurate and complete information and maintain record in PICS' Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Communicate order changes and issues to sales support department
- Provide coverage for senior sales reps when necessary, which includes following up on email, quoting customers and customer service related functions
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales and marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customer's requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
- Other duties as needed assigned by management
SKILLS:
- Highly proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
