  • Responsibilities
    1. Grant administration duties include award and post-award fiscal grant management, working with staff to ensure Rogers is in fiscal compliance with state, federal and private grant reporting requirements
    2. Perform general accounting activities, including but not limited to reconciliations, assisting the Controller during financial statement audits and journal entries during financial statement close
    3. Manage grant disbursement process and reconciliation of fund balance to the general ledger
    4. Set priorities while managing multiple tasks with various deadlines
    5. Create and maintain effective and efficient process workflows
    6. Write and maintain grant policies and procedures
    7. Prepare required financial information necessary for A-133 audit
    8. Maintain backup documentation and records in organized manner
    9. Provide support and updates on projects status on regular basis
    10. Support interest in net assets and intercompany transactions
