    Join Rogers Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health services, as a Patient Safety Associate, and help us ensure a safe, secure and therapeutic environment for our patients.

     

    In this role you will conduct safety rounds on patient units.  The Patient Safety Associate provides support to staff when a crisis develops and serves as a role model to staff on patient collaboration and interventions.  He/She interacts with patients in a support, therapeutic manner and models patient advocacy. The Patient Care Associate is responsible for providing personal safety screening of patients and visitors entering our facilities.

     

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required; two years of college-level coursework or training is preferred.
