We are currently looking for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE REPRESENTATIVE II
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Review cardholder statements for appropriate g/l coding and G&A approvals for charges over $1000.
- Manage cardholder statement collection by ensuring all expense reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Train and assist cardholders with coding, reconciling, and approving expense reports.
- Request new credits cards and credit limit changes.
- Reconcile pcard inventory PO’s in Accounts Payable to cardholder statements.
- Maintain auto & equipment lease schedule by auditing against lease invoices and communicating changes with Glesby Marks.
- Ensure vehicle licenses are renewed before the expiration date.
- Provide payroll department auto logs for new vehicles.
- Manage the Outstanding Tracker Report for the Oregon Territory.
- Research and resolve A/P trackers to approve payables by the due dates to ensure cash discount is not lost
- Download weekly UPS invoices and post to correct g/l account on UPS expense report in Concur
- Complete monthly Temporary Staffing Report for H/R and COO
- Request and provide Certificates of Insurance
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience
- Solar Eclipse experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Solid understanding of the PO receiving process
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Office environment mainly seated at a desk
- Frequent phone and computer use
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday in office
- Some lifting up to 30lbs
