    CONTRACT DURATION: 12 MONTHS PAY RATE: $ 26 PER HR ON W2

    WORK TIMING – 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE FOR SUPPORT COVERAGE, SCHEDULE WORK WEEK COULD BE TUE TO SAT, SUN TO THUR, OR MON TO FRI. SHIFT HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE NEED TO COVER THE WORK.

    LOCATION - FARMINGDALE NY 11735 

    Note - Travel is required using one’s personal vehicle (reimbursed will provided under the company’s Expense Account Policy) to provide Technology Support for Customers and to support Client Core Technology solutions.

    Provides support activities in an assigned area. Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software installations and program updates, troubleshooting and problem resolution on computer and Telecommunication systems. Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective. Assist users to resolve computer related problems such as inoperative hardware or software. Proficient/Advance skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel and Outlook.Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to prioritize daily tasks. Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software installations and program updates, troubleshooting and problem resolution on computer and Telecommunication systems. Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Ability to work directly with the insurance company, healthcare provider, and patients
    • Ability to generate revenue with POS collections, establishing payment arrangements, along with collecting on all Self-Pay and/or high liability accounts at the point of registration. 
    • Legal Compliance knowledge and experience
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and follow up process  
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with patients, healthcare providers and insurance company
    • Excellent English reading, comprehension and written skills to include spelling skills and penmanship
    • Excellent Mathematical skills; ability to calculate copay or percentage of financial estimate amount due and/or establish payment arrangements accurately.
    • Strong computer skills to include typing 45+ wpm minimum and in MS office programs
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment at times of need and emergency situations
    • Bilingual preferred
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast and high pressure environment
    • Stringent adherence to all privacy policies and procedures and as required by state and federal law including and not limited to the HIPPA Security and Privacy Rules
