Contract Duration: 5 months 

Pay rate - $ 30 per hr on W2

Location: Overland Park KS 66251

Creates and develops software solutions to application errors reported.  Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel.  Bachelors Degree or equivalent 1-2 years related work experience in an IT support role.

Quality Assurance responsibilities:

-Working knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and executing

• Designing and implementing test plans to verify new software features and bug fixes

• Clearly reporting issues found during testing phase

• Researching customer issues and documenting them for cross-functional teams

• Providing customer support on reported issues 

• Reviewing customer documentation (help files)

• Attending design meetings, and reviewing and creating internal documentation

• Providing internal technical documentation for Retail and Warehouse Locations

• Working with technical partners for research, support, and certifications

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER with the following skills:

• AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SOFTWARE ACCEPTANCE TEST EXPERIENCE

• Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills

• Ability to research, solve problems, and work both independently and in a team environment

• Must have excellent time management skills

• Basic knowledge of relational Content Transfer concepts

• Knowledge of Window and Apple Operating Software

• Knowledge of Handset Operating Systems

• Experience with Retail Sales/Service and Repair in the telecommunication industry - nice to have

• Must be on site and available 5 days a week
