  • Responsibilities

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Function as single point of contact to coordinate cross functional operations supporting solar customers in partnership with Solar Product Manager, Director of Renewable Sales, Branch Sales Operations, Supply Chain Services and Material Management leadership. This position has two primary areas of responsibility: the operational support of Sonepar National Solar accounts and business analytics in support of solar category product management initiatives.

    • NATIONAL ACCOUNT AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:

      • Function as lead on Sonepar National Account process updates, coordinating communication and needed actions across internal OneSource departments.
      • Primary point of contact for assimilating & distributing communications on solar national account needs including meeting attendance, Eclipse messages, email, group chat, and helpdesk ticket assignments.
      • Perform inventory analysis to provide recommendations and implement changes in accordance with customer fill rate expectations, service contract guidelines, and key company financial inventory performance guidelines.
      • Implement inventory manual settings in Eclipse & Innovo ERP systems
      • Update ERP & communicate monthly sell pricing per with Sonepar National Accounts
      • Manage helpdesk requests of Sonepar National solar customers with Vendor Managed Inventory contracts with OneSource. Helpdesk requests include activities such as but not limited to adding or removing items from the program, working with sales to identify approved substitute items, validating price or cost questions, making inventory setting changes like minimum package quantities, sell package quantities.
      • In partnership with Branch Sales Operations, review, and support resolution of past due accounts receivable issues. Coordinating with appropriate departments, and elevating issues to Quality Assurance based on recommendations stemming from recurring issues.
    • SOLAR SUPPLY CHAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:

      • Solar Inventory & Sales Forecast Analytics supported by tools such as: Inventory Management Work Center, New Stock Request App, & Solar Dashboard for all solar product lines and customers.
      • Oversee the documentation of the customer Master Service Agreement letters, aligning those commitments with sales forecast data managed through the solar dashboard.
      • Manage allocation/reserve sales orders within Eclipse for MSA commitments per guidance from Solar Product Manager
      • Attend monthly cross functional Solar Segment Excellence meetings with solar product manager as the lead, providing support as needed.
      • Management of system inventory settings to support customer fill rate expectations for designated solar lines.
      • Coordinate vendor cost updates with Product File, Rebates Team & Solar Product Manager
      • Attend Material Management/Supply Chain Services meetings with Warehouse/Logistics, acting as liaison on all solar related needs aligned with Solar Product Manager. Topics such as: timing of vendor deliveries, space constraints, vendor or internal shipping discrepancy updates.
      • Perform purchasing of select solar stocking vendor lines.
      • Perform inventory performance review with Solar Product Manager, coordinating the approval of returns and liquidations with Material Management Returns Team.
      • Coordinate open vendor purchase order follow up with Expediter on Purchasing Team
      • Function as back up for solar purchasing & pricing activities as needed to cover for team

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, employee data management systems and able to learn new software programs
