    SOFTWARE PROGRAMING - An individual with all the skills and knowledge necessary to build custom applications for the editing, reporting, and manipulation of Engineering data.Program or server knowledge of Sharepoint, Access, SQL, HTML, and Visual Basic a must. 3-5 years of experience  JOB DUTIES:  Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting. Utilizes various types of software to generate reports that track metrics and develops actionable recommendations. Provides support to engineering and operations teams by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users. Collaborates with various organizations and teams.  MUST HAVE SKILLS:  SharePoint Designer (3-5 yrs)  Visual Basic/ Macro Development (3-5 yrs)  Website Design and Programming  Microsoft Access (Expert)  Microsoft Excel (Expert)  DESIRED SKILLS:  Highly Developed Organization Skills  Communication and Team Working abilities  Problem Solving  Critical and analytical thinking  Self Starter  Ability to Work under Pressure and to strict deadlines

  • Qualifications
    • Greets individuals coming to the unit, provides directions and information, and responds to needs and requests.
    • Prepares, compiles, and maintains the patient's medical record on the nursing unit, including transcription of physician's orders and processing of ordered tests and procedures, from admission through discharge.
    • Manages the unit's communication systems (phone, beepers, patient call bells, fax, etc.) to facilitate communication between members of the healthcare team and their clients.
    • Assists in the patient discharge process
    • Responds to the patient call system, contacts nursing personnel as appropriate, and follows through with meeting patient needs.
    • Performs other duties as needed
    • Orders and maintains hospital supplies and documentation for patient care and office use.
