Role: Operations Product Manager Location: Burbank, CA JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: • Monitor the incidents across all the INC management tools, communicate / coordinate with concerned teams (Engineering, QA, Business, Security etc.) and drive INC resolution within the predefined SLAs • Work with major incident management teams (DTOC) for P1 and P2 incidents and send communications with INC updates to executive management. • Own and drive the end to end root cause analysis (RCA) process.

Goal is to have RCA documented for all the critical incidents. • Analyze the issue and identify the business impact (quantification is required) • Generate reports, develop presentations, and communicate the INC stats to the leadership • Analyze the security incidents and work with the concerned Disney team for resolution. • Actively participate in the operations meetings to provide updates on the incidents. Qualifications: • Must have: o At least 8 - 10 years of experience in IT o At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce / retail domain o At least 3 years of experience in a managed services / operations role o Excellent communication and system analysis. Must give attention to details o Someone who is a quick learner and independently operate
