    Rogers Behavioral Health in Sheboygan ****is excited to announce an opening for a Supportive Living Coordinator (CNA/CBRF Caregiver) in our new Supportive Living Home. If you are looking to jump start your Nursing, Therapist or Behavioral ****Specialist career, this is a foundational role at Rogers that has a clear career path for your future.

    Schedule: Sundays and Mondays 8am-4:30pm and Tuesdays 4pm-12:30am

    Highlights of the role:

    • No ADLS - more time to focus on spending your day providing companionship, guidance, and de-escalations techniques to your patients.
    • Work with the interdisciplinary team to have successful patient outcomes by reporting and recording patient behaviors, interactions, vitals, and responses to interventions.
    • Paid orientation and training provided, receive 3 weeks of formal training including assistance obtaining certifications.
    • Great opportunity for students-lots of space to gain more skills or work on your studies while your patients are away for the day/night.
    • Weekend Only role- 9am to 9pm every Sat/Sun. Fully benefits eligible!

    Education/Training Requirements:

    • Associate degree preferred.
    • Must have experience in public or private institutional care for the type of population the residence serves.
    • Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification is required within 30 days of employment start date
    • NARCAN certification required during onboarding.
    • CPR certification is required to be completed within 30 days of employment start date.
    • Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and have a good driving record.
    • Successfully pass the Caregiver Background Check.
    • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
    • Must be able to complete 2 weeks of full-time training that occurs during normal business hours. Training is located in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Reimbursement for travel expenses will be provided.

  • Qualifications
    • Formal training will be indicated by a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years front office & medical billing experience
    • Must have knowledge of insurance, HMO procedures and medical terminology
    • Experience with ICD-9 CM and CPT coding systems
    • Ability to maintain composure & balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
