CONTRACT DURATION: 3 MONTHS

PAY RATE: $ 17.69 PER HR ON W2

WORK TIMING:  8 AM TO 5 PM  - MONDAY TO FRIDAY

LOCATION: MAHWAH NJ 07430

General office duties may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.

Employee will be acting as a member of the SITE Data Stewardship Team responsible for the proper assignment of client's Accounts to related Business Entity physical SITES. The MDM Inspector roll will be one of the primary tools for administration of SITES as well as utilizing MS Outlook Email, MS Excel and Google Maps to search on businesses located at addresses.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with staff, patients, guarantors, insurance companies, and physicians.   
• Demonstrated attention to detail; Good English speaking, spelling, reading and mathematical skills required  
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly, and follow directions as outlined in policies or given by supervisor
• Strong computer skills and knowledge in Word, Excel and ability to maneuvering through multiple screens in a timely manner
• 1+ year of medical office /hospital work experience preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred
• Insurance knowledge preferred
• Ability to multi- task in a fast and high pressured environment
• Stringent adherence to all HIPPA laws
• Strong typing skills 40 and up wpm is required
• Excellent customer service and phone skills with a background in the medical industry
