    The responsibility of the Admissions Representative is to perform registration tasks by obtaining complete patient demographic and financial information through input of data entry and document image scanning into hospital computer data systems. Respectfully, interacts with patient, patient representatives, family members, physicians, physician offices, other hospital departments and co-workers providing complete and accurate information in compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, EMTALA requirements and Confidentiality standards. Secure patient accounts performing insurance verification and eligibility through appropriate payers and websites ensuring proper documentation of patient activities.

    Required Experience

    •  Minimum three years (3) current hospital registration or related experience required.
    • Customer Service Excellence background. Insurance knowledge.
