    The Finance SUPERVISOR ensures timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, financial highlights and account analyses for specified facilities of the Company. 

    Required Skills

    • Ability to review, correct and discuss financial matters with supervisors. 
    • Must be a self-starter and must have strong technical accounting experience and background. 
    • Must have the ability to do detail analysis of financial statements and underlying general ledger accounts. 
    • Ability to manage/meet multiple deadlines. 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, Word and PowerPoint. 
    • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. 
    • Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and attention to detail. 
    • Ability to do technical accounting pronouncement research is highly desirable.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business 
    • Three to four years (3-4) years of related business/accounting experience preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment   
    • Audit experience preferred
    • CPA or MBA preferred
