    Radiologic Technologist 3 - Individual must be educationally prepared and clinically competent to perform all general diagnostic exams and exams in two other modalities (CT, MRI, IR). Experience in other modalities must be at least 3 years and possess an advanced level certification in one. The advanced level certification must be nationally recognized ex. ARRT or RDMS. Must also work a combination shifts or on-call days to total 7 each month in other modality.

     

    Required Skills

    • Current California CRT, California fluoroscopy certificate, and ARRT and nationally recognized advance level certification in other modality.
    • BLS LA City fire card within 6 months of employment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking skills Problem-solving skills.

     

    Required Experience

     Five years imaging experience in an acute care hospital, including critical care and experience in two of the following -CT, MRI, Mammography, or IR (must possess advanced level certification in one of these modalities). Must participate in the monthly schedule of other modalities as described in the job summary.
