The Digital Transformation Manager collaborates with stakeholders to assess the needs of the OpCo Digital Teams and identify tools, process, and ongoing training for all skill levels and advanced technical training. Through tools, technology, education, observation, mentorship and motivation, the Digital Transformation enables achievement of digital department and company objectives.

• Define and develop a digital enablement toolkit to improve the efficiency of the digital organizations.
• Create a methodology and tools that are easy to use and help drive adoption
• Provides mentorship, continuing education and ongoing training for new and existing digital team members and other employees using appropriate channels including live classrooms, virtual classrooms and digital platforms.
• Complete special projects from time to time as required to facilitate the success of the Company.
• With the support of leadership, develop creative approaches to certify the skills and knowledge of the constituents/stakeholders; confirm the effectiveness of digital transformation programs and ensure consistent messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ Years of creating sales enablement plans.
• 3+ Years of creating and conducting digital sales training.
• 2+ Years of management experience.
• 5+ Years of formal coaching and mentoring experience
• 4-year BA/BS
• Masters preferred.
