    Facilitates the screening of patients, visitors, and staff. The Entrance Screener/Greeter will provide patients, visitors, staff and physicians a positive experience. This individual will check temperatures, ascertain reason for coming into the healthcare setting and provide directions for the various locations. This individual will problem solve issues that arise and will seek assistance when necessary.

     

     

    Required Skills

    1. Written and verbal English communication skill
    2. Basic organizational skills
    3. Strong customer service skills
    4. Basic computer skills

    Required Experience

     

    1. High school graduate or GED
    2. Basic windows and mouse skills preferred
    3. Current Basic Life Support Care
    4. Customer service skills preferred
