POSITION SUMMARY:
Vallen’s Supply Chain Manager role is a staff management position responsible for collaborating with key business stakeholders to provide expertise with vendor managed inventory. Works with key business stakeholders in the management of capital expenditures (ie vehicle purchases, maintenance, or leases). Leads managers and/or supervisors in performing timely VMI activities and warehouse functions in assigned geographical areas. Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance ensuring customer needs are meet within budget constraints. Provides financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories. Guarantees that inventory audits and cycle counts are performed, and solution are found for inventory discrepancies. Enforces the driver qualification process for VMI associates in assigned markets. Ensures completion of preventative maintenance and adherence to standard process and procedures on vending hardware/software.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant warehouse, inventory (cycle) counting or delivery, experience. Associated degree in SCM or related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. High School diploma or equivalent (GED) and a min of 10 years of relevant VMI, warehouse, inventory (cycle) counting or delivery, experience.

Required Skills Required Experience
REQUIRED:
Candidate must be an MD, board certified or board eligible, in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Two year's work experience outside of residency training preferred. Candidate must also be able to maintain proficiency with practice and hospital EMR systems.
PREFERRED:
The Laborist doctor covers all emergencies while on-call and is available to care for all patients whose doctors are not available. The Laborist is also available to help other physicians (i.e. unplanned hysterectomies)
