Our Upstream Rehab institute also offers two (2) APTA accredited Residency programs, in both Sports and Orthopedic.

SOG also offers partnership and other growth opportunities allowing our clinicians to have equity within their clinics. Our yearly leadership development program brings together both clinical and non-clinical to develop their leadership skills and shape the future of the company. We also offer a year-long clinic director training program that allows clinicians to be fully prepared for both the clinical and business side of the position.
