    Business Analyst II gathers, documents, and analyzes application requirements; conducts application analysis; participates in functional application design; creates and analyzes ad-hoc reports; and aids in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues. Business Analyst II typically acts as a liaison between the business and the providers of services to the enterprise.  BA II may be required to participate in the development of new products and services, and lead process design activities.  Candidates desired to have a bachelors degree at but must possess a minimum High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant work experience.

    Strong analytical thinker that is an excel and PPT expert, who can take information and package it in a concise way for a strategic decision.

    Envisions the future of our customers¿ experience in a digital world, measuring against our current state to identify gaps and prioritize efforts to ensure the best customer experience strategies are designed. Drive business decisions related to improved customer satisfaction. Leads detailed analysis of customer interactions and identifies the optimal internal processes, systems, network technology, and teams required to meet customer needs.

    Builds and cultivates strong relationships across the organization and partners with those responsible for touchpoints in the customer lifecycles (Individual, B2B, and B2C) and advocates for customer needs, expresses pain points to influence positive change, and aids in the implementation of strategic solution initiatives throughout the organization.

    Identifies and drives research needs; leverages external insights to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the market, the industry, and the changing customer

    Develops and continuously refines the necessary portfolio of resources (e.g., Journey Maps) across all Sales channels to equip and enable the organization to be more effective in Sales prospecting.

    Helps drive the deployment of strategic customer experience change initiatives by continuously monitoring and assessing stakeholder satisfaction and key business metrics; identifies opportunities for improvement, helps create business cases to optimize customer experience as required.

    Captures and relays new market trends and how they affect the telecom industry/business; provides strategic direction and offers innovative solutions to improve the customer experience

  • Qualifications
    • The ability to review, correct and discuss financial matters with supervisors. 
    • Prepare written reports, calculate and interpret financial data and analyze economic trends and conditions.
    • Must be a self-starter with excellent problem- solving and analytical skills. 
    • Ability to manage/meet multiple deadlines. 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, Word and Powerpoint.
    • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. 
    • Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and attention to detail.
