This is a new full-time position to manage and implement new processes to streamline and increase productivity as it relates to ServiceNow. The software is powerful, and a full-time position is required to implement any noticeable change to our current flow. Examples to implement is: Real SLA's, OLA's, building dashboards to monitor productivity by assignment group and/or department, implement API's into ServiceNow where needed (UCCX, ServiceNow to ServiceNow, Insights), migrate Maitland shared service to ServiceNow, design new forms, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Service Now Management with knowledge in Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management.
Experience with the triage of working Service Now queues and routing of tickets.
Reporting and administration of Service Now, including requirements gathering and testing.
BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field or equivalent experience is required
5 years of supervisor, administrative or systems procedures analysis experience, three in the business services area are required as well
Personal qualities: resourcefulness, responsibility, tenacity, independence, energy, and self-confidence, strong analytical skills, solid business judgment, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive management
Five or more years of experience as a business analyst working with technical systems.
Experience working with HR, Finance & Information Technology stakeholders with an understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
Previous experience working with IT Service Management processes is a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow & Workday is also a plus.
Core competencies in the creation of Business Cases, User Stories, and Workflow Diagrams. Additional competencies in the creation of Functional Requirements, data mapping, data modeling, and systems migrations are preferred.
Must have a good knowledge of business process/lifecycle management principles, theories and concepts and a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
The ability to use independent judgment in identifying the root cause of problems and developing solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to large scope and complexity.
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
Analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
