    Contract Duration: 12 Months

    Pay rate: $ 26 per hr on W2

    WORK TIMING – 9:30 PM TO 6:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT) - Flexible schedule for support coverage, Possible Travel, Weekend Work, and Overtime.Local Travel, OT, Overnight Stay, Weekend work requirements are possible.

    Working days: 1 - Monday, 2 - Tuesday, 3 - Wednesday, 4 - Thursday, 5 - Friday

    Location -  LOUISVILLE KY 40219 

    Note - Travel is required using one’s personal vehicle (reimbursed will provided under the company’s Expense Account Policy) to provide Technology Support for Customers and to support Client Core Technology solutions.

    A+ certification required.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Provides support activities in an assigned area. Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software installations and program updates, troubleshooting and problem resolution on computer and Telecommunication systems. Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective. Assist users to resolve computer related problems such as inoperative hardware or software.

    Proficient/Advance skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel and Outlook.Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to prioritize daily tasks.
