CERTIFIED NURSE ATTENDANT (DOWNEY); MED/SURG, FULL TIME, DAYS
Stamford Hospital is seeking a Full Time Central Sterile Processing Technician to join the Perioperative team. This is a great opportunity to work with state of the art machinery and new age instrumentation.
The Central Sterile Processing Tech will be responsible for cleaning, decontamination, assembly, and high-level disinfection of all reusable medical instrumentation. This individual will maintain adequate supply levels in the sterile storage area, rotate stock and pull case carts for daily surgical schedule.
Schedule: Night shift, 11:00pm-7:00am, rotating weekends and holidays
Significant portions of daily assignments involve prolonged standing, transporting material & equipment, or lifting, moving, or carrying moderately heavy (over 20 pounds) for intermittent periods throughout the day.

Must have Certified Registered Central Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST) certification
3) 3-5 years of central processing experience required, preferably within a hospital setting
