Applied Intelligence Testing - The AI Tester will engage in multiple types of testing across a variety of devices to ensure a chatbot is performing as designed. These tests involve interacting with the chatbot and recording behavior as well as reviewing transcripts of chatbot conversations to confirm behavior. The AI Tester will also work closely with the AI Design side of the project to design solutions to issues identified. An important part of this role is communicating with IT developers to ensure a common understanding of tests performed and their results. HS diploma or GED required.
