THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an Industrial Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep to focus on inside sales and customer service at our branch location for our Industrial MRO and Safety customers.  You will have the opportunity to work with one of the most extensive product lines in the business and are encouraged to be true resources for our customers by establishing long lasting relationships.  You will also work with the support of a true team environment from partnering with the Outside Sales team to our Management team. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of inside sales and customer service experience is required
• Excellent computer and data entry skills required
• Must be proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong with client follow up, organizational skills, & excellent communication skills required.
• Strong knowledge of or experience in an Industrial MRO and Safety products is desired
• Experience generating customer quotations desired
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or combination of experience and education
