    We are an international consulting firm that specializes in solving major, complex engineering problems; human performance related issues; improving safety programs; performing root cause analysis; and resolving equipment-induced problems. We are looking for an excellent Deputy Service Manager to support office personnel in helping our clients' employees and organizations cultivate the skills and knowledge to improve performance and reduce error. In this position, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, be able to adjust to quickly changing priorities, have good organizational skills and a positive attitude. We have an immediate opening for the position of Deputy Service Manager. Applicant will provide on/off-site support to our staff. Job Description and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assistance with: - Assists other managers as needed in the coordination of administrative support function - Assists Training, Sales, and Operations in fulfilling the responsibilities of the office including but not limited to: - Track and respond to requests - Support in training coordination, tools, and document requests - Track status of Training Progress and deliverables - Support office personnel with projects on an ad hoc basis - Generate and implement office operations procedures - Review documents - Draft, proofread, edit, review of correspondences with clients and other 3rd parties - Internally manage project status and deliverables - Maintain and update internal documents related to our Error-Free proprietary software, KALE - Perform research; retrieve information or documents from databases and the internet - Support vendor relations - Support sales in responding to sales inquiries - Participate in all aspects of training development and deploy projects and events for the US and China markets. - Perform on-going evaluation of training and education program to identify areas of opportunity to improve and enhance content, course effectiveness, delivery methods, and cadence. - Monitor and manage project progress, status reporting, assist management with project schedules and the facilitation of project meetings. - Review and maintain records for training programs, including program evaluations, corporate participation, and analyzes data and trends to recommend program changes. - Coordinate all communications regarding training programs for US and China Job Requirements - Organizational and time management abilities - Critical thinking and decision making - Ability to travel - Impeccable attention-to-detail. - Ability to demonstrate high level of fairness and trust with staff. - High level of integrity and adherence to maintaining confidentiality. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Ability to work with frequent disruptions and reprioritize area of focus frequently. - Ability to act independently with minimal oversight, displaying sound judgment on a day-to-day basis. - Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally in a personable and professional manner. - Strong understanding of nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate complex interactions. - Strong organization skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Creativity in the development and improvement of human resources services. - Knack for identifying data anomalies and persistence in finding and implementing solutions. - Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach toward assignments while actively participating and supporting a team environment - Advanced skills in the use of personal computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite software Educational/Experience Requirements - A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Must be able to work legally in the United States. - A plus: - Industry experience: utility, power, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical - Chinese fluent (Mandarin) Software Requirements - Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) PII is an equal opportunity employer.
