    Pikemann is looking for a Manager/Director of Infrastructure (On-site | Greater Seattle Area, WA)

    The Manager/Director of Infrastructure is responsible for managing IT infrastructure on-prem and in the cloud (Azure and GCP) along with establishing and administering the overall strategies and procedures for the Information Security function of the company. You will be responsible to satisfy the scaling needs of the platform and the trust needs of clients, customers, and employees. Experience managing IT corporate, and sales offices distributed globally is preferred. The Manager of Infrastructure reports to the Chief Digital and Information Officer.

    Responsibilities

    Manage a team of System Engineers, Network Engineers, Security Engineers, Database Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, and other IT operations personnel (internal and partner workers) (that includes helpdesk)

    Globally maintain and optimize the company's servers and networks (LAN, WAN, and Wireless).

    Develop and execute IT and security policies throughout the company.

    Work with a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) to establish an enterprise security operations center (SOC).

    Clean up user and security group access in Active Directory (AD)

    Keep data assets secured from unwanted user access (on-prem and cloud)

    Secure both O365 and D365 environments (Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)

    Manage vendor contracts (cloud providers, SaaS/PaaS application providers, software suppliers, and telecommunications companies).

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field

    10+ years of work experience, depending on need, prior role & responsibilities

    Experience in migrating on-premises infrastructure to Azure
