We're searching for a Senior Mission Designer to develop and implement tasks for a historically-based story campaign with an emphasis on the player's emotional connection and meticulous accuracy. Mission Designers have a unique role on our team since they must have both artistic vision and the technical know-how to make that vision a reality.

Responsibilities:

Establish the general narrative and pacing of each mission in collaboration with the creative director.

Carefully prepare for and record missions.

Configure encounters and objectives, write mission events, and gather all necessary resources.

Assess missions and refine them in response to playtest comments.

Qualifications:

Proficient written and verbal communication skills

5+ years of expertise in mission design

Familiar with Unreal Engine 4
