    Pikemann is seeking an IT Systems Administrator who will be part of our client's IT team responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network. This position reports to the Director of IT. Our client is a casino resort offering casino gaming, luxury hotel rooms, exciting dining destinations, live entertainment, and a golf club.

    Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop and server. You will be managing: Microsoft Server, Desktop computers / windows workstations, Print server & local printers, scanners, copiers, and other peripherals as needed

    Maintain systems, Security Access, and Account Management, Troubleshoot & Implement: Microsoft Active Directory (user and group security and authentication), Group policies, Third party application security, DHCP, DNS, VPN Devices, Anti-Virus, Wireless Network, WAN, and LAN Equipment

    Order, Configure, Maintain, & Inventory all IT Equipment (Assets Tracking, Cellphones, AV (TV, Radio), Manage Office Phone System, Maintain Digital Signage, POS Systems upkeep, Accounting Applications, IGT Applications, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting Applications)

    Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems policies and procedures.

    Update software as necessary, i.e. Antivirus, MS Office, Adobe

    Ensure security of data, network access and back-up systems

    Monitor and maintain all system logs for performance, security, and troubleshooting to include but not limited to operating systems, backups, client-server applications, and other software or hardware as needed.

    Make recommendations and implement new technologies to streamline operations with the use of technology.

    Our ideal candidate will have:

    Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer Science OR equivalent work experience

    Five or more years of experience in computer operations

    Class III Gaming License

    Experience with the following:

    Windows Server

    Activity Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server, Office 365, Anti-Virus

    VoIP phone systems,

    POS solutions,

    Player Tracking Systems,

    Routing and switching, and

    Network Security

    An advanced understanding of Hardware and Ethernet Standards, required.

    MCSA Server and Windows 10, preferred.
