    Responsibilities:

    Implementing long-range strategic talent management goals that improve employee retention and engagement

    Leading and executing key initiatives that support HR strategy and company values

    Partner with Field Leadership to diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions and implement action plans

    Partner with Executive team to provide guidance, feedback, and recommendations for them to effectively lead and manage their organizations

    Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives focused on preparing the company for future growth

    Oversee HR team and responsible for prioritizing HR projects and priorities based on company needs

    Setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices

    Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, mandates, or requirements as they relate to HR, and effectively communicates changes and impact in policy, practice and resources

    Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner

    Identify HR team goals using metrics to determine effectiveness of action plan

    Support management of all health and welfare benefit programs.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience in HR – Masters degree preferred

    Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in a breadth of HR disciplines

    Minimum of 7 years managing HR teams in a direct leadership capacity

    Prior experience as overall HR leader of a company

    SHRM or HCRI certification preferred
