We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager with GAAP accounting experience and audit experience.

Responsibilities
Oversee accounts payable, expense report processing, and the filing of local tax returns.
Prepare bank reconciliations monthly and review credit card reconciliations monthly.
Prepare payroll and associated 401K contributions for corporate.
Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed and maintain A/R and billing
Prepare a monthly actual vs budget financial reporting package for capital and expense, including variance analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
Minimum of five (5) years accounting experience including month-end close.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain an existing client base.
Audit experience is a plus
