Set to music and brought to life through B/SPOKE's immersive studio experience, this low-impact class delivers controlled, dynamic movement that challenges both the body and mind. PILATES: FUSION is a low-impact, high-energy class rooted in core strength, precision, and control —wrapped in the immersive B/SPOKE experience. Expect:

Each class is crafted to strengthen the core, build lean muscle, and leave clients feeling empowered and energized, no matter their level.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking **instructors based in Boston (South Boston, Downtown & East Boston), Wellesley, **and Cape Cod who have experience in Pilates, Barre, or similar fitness modalities and are confident in leading group classes with a music-forward, on-beat approach.
Required:
✔ Active Mat Pilates or Barre Certification
✔ At least 1 year of recent group fitness teaching experience
✔ Ability to program + cue on beat with strong musicality
✔ Understanding of anatomy and safe movement principles
✔ Availability to teach 2+ classes per week, including weekends
✔ Coachable, positive, and eager to grow
✔ Alignment with B/SPOKE's values, energy, and community-first culture
Bonus Points For:
➕ Prior experience teaching Mat Pilates and/or Barre
➕ Background in dance, choreography, or musical movement
➕ Experience teaching in boutique studio or high-energy formats
➕ Creativity with structure—bringing your own flair to a defined format
Training + Scheduling Expectations
August–September 2025 (in-person + virtual, Boston area)
Includes 10-20 hours of format-specific training + small group coaching with B/SPOKE's Training Team
Training Expectations:
✔ Attend all in-person and group sessions. Make-up sessions can be accommodated on an as-needed basis.
✔ Participate in test classes + provide feedback
✔ Complete demo teaching opportunities with peer + coach feedback
✔ Take at least 1–2 B/SPOKE classes per week (any modality)
Note: Accelerated pathways may be available for candidates with advanced certifications and/or extensive teaching experience.

Completion of training does not guarantee a position. Final hiring decisions are based on performance, consistency, and alignment with B/SPOKE's expectations.
