Exciting opportunity to join a growing property management firm with over 800 units under management. Pioneer Realty Management is looking for a full-time, on-site, experienced Maintenance Technician to join its apartment maintenance team. The Maintenance Technician role is to perform general maintenance to effectively maintain a desirable property appearance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs and painting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Has experience with plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Not afraid to get hands dirty.
• Good communication skills.
• Can converse appropriately with tenants, office personnel and vendors.
• Has some OSHA training.
• Ability to problem solve when faced with difficult tasks.
• Basic knowledge of boilers and radiators.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Self motivated.
• Works well with others.
• MUST have scattered site or large property experience.
• Experience with "vintage" buildings.
• PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE AND OUTLOOK A MUST .
• Certifications are a PLUS but not required. Plumbing/Electric/Painter/HVAC.
• Can work in a fast pace environment.
• Has been "on call" before an open to it again.
• MUST HAVE CAR AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
