Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and handle the organization's daily operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Handle day to day business operations.
● Conduct pre-employment background check; schedule drug screening; complete E-Verify!
● New Employee Onboard verification
● Review timecards, prepare commissions for sales staff and outside representatives.
● Payroll administration duties, including payroll journal entry.
● Oversee Quarterly inventory reconciliation.
● Review & purchase inventory from vendors to ensure 60 days of inventory on hand.
● Carry out all office-related task such as, handling all accounts payable / receivable task; Administer company expenses by entering supplier invoices, paying supplier invoices. Process all payments and apply them to invoices, prepare bank deposits, maintain delinquent accounts and report to state by law, prepare legal documents for state hearings, research and resolve account claims and discrepancies with customers. Handle all Customer Service task by processing phone orders for external and internal customers, processing EDI orders, setting up new customer accounts, update existing customer accounts files, update expired permits.
● Collaborate with warehouse personnel for next day routing for deliveries, verify driver delivery routes, reconciling all monies collected to invoices delivered.
● Develop vendor invoices and financial statements.
● Manage reconciliation of bank accounts daily and monthly.
● Review and Prepare monthly financial reports.
